HOW LONG DOES IT TYPICALLY TAKE TO SEE RESULTS?
As always, every body is different. Therefore, there is not a set timeline. Several factors determine how long it will take to see changes. Some of the factors are: 1) your goals, 2) your commitment, and 3) consistency to the program. It is common for clients to start feeling better in their bodies before they see any changes on the scale (don’t worry, the scale is not the end all be all, or clothing).
DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR NUTRITIONAL GUIDANCE?
The details of each of the programs I offer are listed on the Services page. The most popular package is the Nourish & Move option, which includes both nutrition guidance and specialized training programs!
WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE PERSONAL TRAINING WORKOUTS?
Each workout is specified based on your preferences and goals! Typically, I find the best results with 25-30 minute workouts, as this is more manageable to fit in your day! All exercises are completed at your own pace, so ultimately you control the duration!
WHAT TYPES OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?
The majority of workouts can be completed with your body weight or very little equipment. I design your workouts based on the equipment you have available to you! Some of my favorite pieces of equipment to incorporate are resistance bands (especially if you like to travel) and free weights!
DOES MY SUBSCRIPTION AUTOMATICALLY RENEW?
